Yes — a non-refundable £10 deposit is required to secure each grooming appointment, which comes off your final bill.

We run strictly by appointment, so please try to arrive on time. If you're more than 10–15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and our cancellation terms may apply.

Payment is due when you collect your dog. We accept card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay, and cash — we don't currently take bank transfers.

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. With 48 hours or more, your deposit carries forward to a new appointment. With less notice, or if you don't show up, the deposit is forfeited — and for no-shows, a new deposit will be needed before we can book you again.

Most grooms take around 2–4 hours, though it varies by dog. We'll give you an estimated collection time at drop-off and text you when they're nearly ready. We do ask that you collect promptly — if we need to look after your dog more than 30 minutes past the agreed time, an additional charge may apply.

We may photograph or film your dog for our website and social media. If you'd rather they weren't featured, just let us know before your appointment.
